1. cut a pocket in each slice of french bread open carefully,. 2. in a large bowl combine the ricotta , cottage cheese and cream cheese. 3. add the sugar amd flavoring extract and beat until smooth. 4. spread the mixture evenly onto each bread pocket. 5. beat together the egg substitute and milk. 6. bip the slices of bread in the egg mixture. 7. heat on a non-stick pan over medium heat. 8. coat with cooking spray and cook on each side 3-4 mins or until lightly browned. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
