1. 3 carrots. 2. 1/4 inch piece ginger. 3. 1 teaspoons lemon juice. 4. 2 tablespoons sugar. 5. 1/4 cup mint sprigs. 6. Wash apple, beetroot and carrots and peel off the skin with a peeler. Cut these in to wedges. 7. Transfer these wedges in to a juice extractor. 8. Add 1 cup of water and blend it for few seconds. 9. Add ginger, lemon juice and mint as mentioned above. 10. Blend it again till you get smooth texture. 11. Add few pieces of ice in you glass and pour this juice and have it immediately. 12.
