1. Peel the onion and chop it up in a food processor. 2. Put the rest of the ingredients in the food processor, and pulse until it forms a completed mixture, scraping down the sides with a fork or rubber scraper. 3. Put the mixture into a bowl, cover, and refridgerate for 30-60 minutes. 4. After it's done refridgerating, mold into 4-6 patties. 5. Heat a little olive or grapeseed oil in a saucepan, and cook each patty for 8-10 minutes on each side. 6.
