Agua De Arroz (Mexican Rice Water)


1. Mix all together ingredients and let stand 3 hours.

2. Simmer for 1/2 hour.

3. Let cool, then puree in a blender and strain through a cloth or fine-mesh strainer.

4. Taste for sweetness and add sugar if necessary.

5. Chill and serve over ice.
