1. Mix mayonnaise and garlic in small bowl. 2. Spread mixture evenly over tortillas. 3. Top tortillas with layers of spinach, beef, cheese and tomato; roll up tightly. 4. Cut each tortilla into 12 pieces; secure with toothpicks. 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time. 6. Do-Ahead: Wrap tortilla rolls individually in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. 7.
