Alaina'S Raspberry French Toast


1. Mix together egg, cinnamon, vanilla, sugar, half and half and salt in a shallow bowl.

2. Dip bread slices in and coat both sides.

3. Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray over medium heat, add bread slices and cook both sides until golden brown.

4. Place 1 slice on plate, top with half of raspberries and maple syrup, and repeat with other slice.

5. Serve warm.
