1. Cook meat in a skillet on medium heat until brown, then drain and place meat in a large bowl. 2. Add potatoes a little at a time to meat. 3. Add seasonings and mix. 4. Add more seasonings to taste. 5. Place pie dough on 2 pie plates. 6. Add half of mixture to each pie. 7. Cover each pie with remaining dough. 8. Seal the edges of pies and cut 5 to 6 vent holes on the tops of pies. 9. Brush top of pies with melted butter. 10. Bake 20 - 30 minutes at 350°F or until crusts are golden brown. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
