1. Cut each bread slice into half. 2. Beat eggs in a deep bowl, one at a time. 3. Add flour, milk, mayo and the sugar to the eggs. 4. Dip each slice into this mixture. 5. Put the almonds on a plate. 6. Put the bread slice on this so as to let the almond flakes stick to the bread. 7. Heat oil in a pan. 8. Fry each slice in it until golden brown on either side. 9.
