Amaretto Biscuits


1. Cream together butter and molasses. Add eggs, ground almonds, lemon rind and almond extract; mix well.

2. Stir in Amaretto alternately with flour.

3. Drop by teaspoonsful onto unoiled cookie sheets.

4. Bake at 170C for 12-15 minutes. Cookies will be golden brown when done.
