Amazing Chunky Chocolate-Chip Cookies

1. pre heat oven to moderate.

2. lightly grease two oven trays.

3. beat butter, extract, sugar and egg in a small bowl with an electric mixer until smooth, be careful not to overmix.

4. transfer to large bowl, mix in sifted combined dry ingredients then all chocolate.

5. drop level teaspoons of the mixture onto prepared trays, allowing 5cm between each cookie.

6. bake, uncovered in moderate oven abput 10 minutes.

7. stand cookies 5 minutes.

8. transfer to wire rackto cool.
