1. Remove sausage casings& cut into 1/2" pieces. 2. In large kettle, cook sausage over medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until no longer pink. 3. Remove with a slotted spoon; drain, reserving 2 T. 4. drippings in the pan. 5. Saute pepper, onion and garlic 4-5 minutes or until tender. 6. Add the water, tomatoes, sugar, Worcestershire, bouillon, salt, basil, thyme, oregano& sausage. 7. Bring to a boil; add pasta. 8. Reduce heat& simmer uncovered 18-22 minutes or until pasta is tender. 9. Serve w/ grated cheese on top, if desired. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
