1. Preheat oven to 425. 2. In a large bowl, mix sugar flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt. 3. Stir in apples. 4. Spoon into an unbaked pie shell. 5. Dot with butter. 6. Set aside. 7. For topping, mix flour, butter, and brown sugar until crumbly. 8. Sprinkle on top of apples. 9. Bake for 50 minutes. 10.
