1. Pre-heat oven to 350F (175C). 2. Mince garlic and stir into butter. 3. Slice bread into thick slices, about 3/4" (1. 5 cm). 4. Spread one side of each slice with butter mixture, then sprinkle with parsley flakes. 5. Re-arrange slices into loaf. 6. Wrap with aluminum foil. 7.
