1. Sauté garlic and shallot in oil over medium heat until garlic golden and shallot wilted. 2. Add tomatoes and season with salt, pepper, and basil. 3. Chop cooked chicken into bite size pieces. 4. Add pasta, water, and chicken to sauce, stir gently in to coat. 5.
