Angel Hair Pasta With Prosciutto And Peas


1. Cook pasta according to package directions,drain,reserving a small amount of cooking water.

2. Return pasta to pot,tossing with olive oil,salt and pepper.

3. Melt butter in large,non-stick skillet over medium heat.

4. Add shallot and cook until tender,about 2-3 minutes.

5. Stir in cream and white wine.

6. Bring to boil.

7. Add peas and cook until tender,2-3 minutes.

8. Stir in prosciutto and parmesan,cook for 1 minute.

9. Add pasta and toss to coat well.

10. Top with additional parmesan if desired.

11. Serve with Chardonnay.
