1. Heat olive oil in skillet. 2. Peel and gently press garlic. 3. Add garlic and crushed red pepper flakes. 4. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and tear basil into small pieces. 5. Add cherry tomatoes and basil. 6. Simmer for five minutes. 7. Season with salt & black pepper, to taste. 8. Discard garlic cloves. 9. Cook pasta according to the package directions. 10. Drain and toss with sauce. 11. Garnish with freshly grated pecorino. 12.
