Another Mint Chutney


1. Remove the mint leaves from the stalks.

2. Wash and dry and place in a food processor with remaining ingredients.

3. Process until smooth.

4. Transfer mixture into warm sterilised jar.

5. Seal and label when cold.

6. Store in the refrigerator until required.

7. NOTE: It will last for a week in the fridge and is delicious with lamb or an Indian meal.
