Another Swedish Pepparkakor


1. Sift dry ingredients together.

2. Mix in large bowl high speed butter, sugar& egg until light& fluffy.

3. Add molasses& lemon peel.

4. Beat until well blended.

5. Stir in flour mix.

6. Wrap in wax paper& refrigerate overnight.

7. Roll out 1/8" thick& cut with cookie cutters.

8. Bake 375 on lightly greased baking sheet.
