1. In a pot boil cauliflower with diced tomatoes for around 10 minutes to get the flavor into the cauliflower. Add garlic salt and pepper to taste. 2. In a separate pan cook chicken for 10-15 minutes in pasta sauce. 3. Add onions (yellow and green), basil, mushrooms, and garlic salt and pepper to taste to the chicken. Cook for another five minutes or until veggies are to your liking. 4. Serve chicken and veggies over strained cauliflower and tomatoes.
