1. Char broil peppers over pen flame on gas stove or broil in oven. 2. Put peppers in a paper bag and cool completely, then peel, stem, and seed the peppers. 3. Cut peppers into 1/4 in wide strips. 4. Chop garlic and shallot coarsely. 5. Add olives, parsley, olive oil, and oregano and chop coarsely. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 6. Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until al dente'. Drain. 7. Return pasta to pot and mix in all ingredients (toss to combine.). 8.
