1. Fry bacon. Drain. Crumble when cooled.

2. Fry onion and mushroom until onion is translucent.

3. Shred cheese.

4. Add all ingredients except cheese into a skillet and cook until potatoes are done. Top with shredded cheese and serve with toast!
