1. Preheat the oven to 375°F 2. Grease and line the base of a 8in loose-based cake tin. 3. Sift the flour, baking powder and cinnamon into a large bowl; stir in the sugar and apples. 4. Mix the butter, eggs and milk together and stir into the dry ingredients – stir until just mixed. 5. Pour into the prepared tin. 6. Place the remaining ingredients in a food processor and blend until crumbly. 7. Scatter over the top of the cake. Bake for 1hr – 1h 15mins or until risen and firm. 8. Cool in the tin. 9.
