Apple Halwa


1. Wash apples and peel off their skin.

2. Put in a mixture and grind it to pulp.

3. Take a pan and heat ghee in it. Add the pulp and fry on medium flame 10 - 15 mins till water evaporates and becomes thick.

4. Add sugar and mix well.

5. Add color and mix wellAdd cashew nuts and serve.
