Apricot And Cinnamon Kasha


1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add onion, kasha, and cinnamon; sauté until onion starts to soften, about 3 minutes.

2. Add broth and apricots; heat to boiling.

3. Reduce heat and simmer, mostly covered, until kasha is softened, about 10 minutes.

4. Taste and adjust salt if needed.
