Apricot Cake


1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Grease a cake mould.

3. Cream the butter and sugar and add the well beaten eggs. Add jam and beat into mixture until smooth. Sift flour and spices and add alternately with the milk.

4. Bake for about 60 Minutes or until a knife test is dry depending on your oven.
