1. Place prunes, apricots and raisins in a bowl. 2. Pour over the orange juice or liqueur and mix to combine. 3. Set aside for 1 hour to macerate. 4. Place fruit mixture in a food processor and process to finely chop. 5. Transfer fruit mixture to a bowl. 6. Add the orange zest, 75 g of the coconut and almonds. 7. Combine well. 8. Form fruit mixture into small balls, adding a little more orange if necessary. 9. Roll balls in remaining coconut to coat. 10. Place on a plate line with plastic food wrap, cover and chill until firm. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
