Artichokes In Lemon Garlic Sauce


1. Melt olive oil and butter in a small saucepan.

2. Add flour and stir to create a roux, cook for 3 minutes.

3. Add chicken broth and stir until smooth and thickened.

4. Add garlic, lemon juice and parsley and simmer for 2 or 3 minutes.

5. Add the Parmesan cheese, capers and artichokes.

6. Simmer for about 10 minutes or until heated through.
