1. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. 2. Add the garlic and lightly brown, but be careful not to burn! 3. Add the flour, and whisk to combine. 4. Mix in the wine and stock. 5. Add the clams, cover and cook until the clams open,. 6. Add the artichoke hearts, and continue to cook until they are heated through. 7.
