1. Drain the raisins and mince finely. Combine with the onions, chicken breast mixture, lemongrass, yogurt, coconut milk, cashews and seasoning, to taste. 2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. 3. Divide the dough into 30 pieces and form balls or cut the puff pastry into 30 pieces. 4. Use your thumb and press into each dough ball or puff pastry piece making a well. 5. Place a spoonful of filling into the well of each dough/puff pastry piece and push the sides in to form the ball/piece into a square. 6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
