1. In a large nonstick skillet, brown ground sirloin or quickly stir fry chicken strips until no longer pink. 2. Use a drop of vegetable is necessary. 3. Remove with a slotted spoon. 4. Season the meat with one of the seasoning packets from the noodles; set aside. 5. In the same skillet, combine water, vegetables, noodles (broken up), ginger and remaining seasoning packet. 6. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. 7. Cover and simmer 3 minutes until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. 8.
