1. Cook rice according to pkg. direction, keep warm. 2. Heat tortillas according to pkg. directions, keep warm. 3. Heat oil in large skillet over med.-high heat. 4. Add beef and stir-fry 4 minutes. 5. Add peppers and onion, stir-fry 1 minute. 6. Stir in stir-fry sauce and water. 7. Reduce heat and simmer gently 6 minutes, stirring frequently. 8. Remove from heat. 9. Place 1/4 cup cooked rice in center of each tortilla. 10. Top with 1/4 cup beef mixture and about 1 1/2 teaspoons green onions. 11.
