1. Combine asparagus and water in a 2 quart saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Cover and reduce heat to medium-low. 3. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until tender. 4. Rinse with cold water; drain. 5. Blot asparagus with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. 6. Combine asparagus, yogurt and lemon juice in food processor or blender. 7. Process till smooth. 8. In a medium mixing bowl, combine asparagus mixture and remaining ingredients. 9. Chill, if desired. 10. Serve with raw veggies or tortilla chips. 11.
