Asparagus Parmigiano


1. Lightly grease a shallow baking dish; Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Steam asparagus until crisp tender; arrange in baking dish.

3. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil in saucepan until golden.

4. Add tomatoes, salt and thyme; simmer uncovered 15 minutes.

5. Pour sauce over asparagus.

6. Place slices of mozzarella cheese over top.

7. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

8. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
