1. Beat together the icing sugar, butter, vanilla, eggs and flour. The batter will be very thick. 2. Spread half of the batter in bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan. 3. Lay fruit down on top. Sprinkle with a little sugar. 4. Cover with remaining batter.
