Aunt Ruth'S Pecan Sand Tarts


1. Cream butter and sugar.

2. Add vanilla and nuts.

3. Add flour, 1 cup at a time.

4. Shape into little thin rolls - cut in to little "fingers".

5. Bake at 300 degrees for 10-12 minutes until bottoms start to barely brown.

6. Let set on baking sheet for five minutes.

7. When cool, roll in powdered sugar.
