1. Place the oil in a non stick fry pan (or Wok) and heat the oil. Add the seafood mix and cook over a medium heat until the seafood changes colour. 2. In a large bowl add the cooked pasta shapes and the cooked seafood mix. Add the cherry tomatoes, olives and spring onions. 3. In a bowl whisk together the vinegar, oil, salad dressing tomato paste and parsley. Pour over the pasta mix and stir well. 4.
