Austin Chicken Fajitas


1. Combine marinade ingredients in a large, heavy zip-top bag and mix well.

2. Remove any fat from the chicken breasts and wipe dry with paper towels.

3. Place chicken in the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, turning often.

4. Drain liquid and discard.

5. Grill over hot coals.

6. Cut chicken breasts into strips and serve with warm flour tortillas.
