Avocado Breakfast Salad


1. Get the tortillas heated in an oven.

2. Once they have been heated, bake them for 8 to 10 minutes.

3. Chop up some tofu, onions and tomatoes on one side. Mix with some chilli sauce.

4. Place it inside a fridge and let it cool.

5. Now chop the almonds, grapefruit and avocado.

6. Mix it together and place neatly all over the bowl.

7. Squeeze some fresh lemon juice on top!
