1. Soften gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. 2. Dissolve softened gelatin,in boiling water. 3. Add lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, salt, pepper, and onion juice. 4. Cool. 5. Stir in mashed avocado, sour cream, and mayonnaise. 6. Beat to blend. 7. Pour into 1 1/2 quart mold. 8. Chill until firm. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
