1. Peel, slice and mash avocado in a small mixing bowl. 2. Add salt and pepper to taste, and blend into mashed Avocado. 3. Spread mayonnaise on both bread slices. 4. Spread mashed Avocado on one slice of bread. 5. Top with onion to taste. 6. Add sliced tomato. 7. Top with chopped cilantro to taste. 8. Add lettuce (use what you like). 9.
