1. optional: Mushrooms, tabasco sauce and Tony's cajun seasoning to spice it up. 2. Sautee' butter, chopped garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper in a skillet. 3. Add meat and brown. 4. Add tomato sauce and simmer 20 minutes. 5. Cook and drain noodles. 6. Add Cream cheese, Sour Cream, and Onion. 7. Mix well and layer in the bottom of a casserole dish. 8. Top noodles with the meat mixture and top with grated cheese. 9. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes. 10.
