1. Heat olive oil over medium heat in medium-sized saucepan. 2. Saute onions and garlic until brown. 3. Add tomato sauce and stir. 4. Lower heat to medium-low. 5. While stirring, add rosemary, basil and oregano. 6. Allow sauce to bubble. 7. Sprinkle with sugar and mix again. 8. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 9.
