1. Wash the potatoes and prick them with a fork. 2. Deep fry them in hot oil until lightly brown on either side. 3. Keep aside. 4. Heat oil in a pot. 5. Add spring onions and garlic. 6. Stir-fry until the onions are soft and the raw smell of garlic is gone. 7. Remove from heat. 8. Combine in a bowl, mix well and adjust seasoning as you desire. 9.
