1. Fry chopped onion and garlic in oil. 2. When cooked, add shredded, cooled, cod fish. 3. Fry for about 5-6 minutes. 4. Add beaten eggs, salt and pepper to taste. 5. Cook until eggs are cooked. 6. Place on a platter and sprinkle parsley over top. 7. Use lemon pieces as a garnish- may also squeeze lemon juice from pieces on individual servings- up to you. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
