1. Generously butter apples inside and out. 2. Stuff with crumbled halvah. 3. Place in a small, shallow baking dish and pour wine around the apples. 4. Add cinnamon stick. 5. Bake at 375F for about 40-45 minutes, or until apples are tender when pierced with a fork. 6.
