Baked Beef Roast With Veggies


1. 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2. 2. Take the beef out of the package and wash it off well.

3. 3. Line a casserole dish with aluminum foil and place the beef inside.

4. 4. Coat the beef with the packet of onion soup mix, meat tenderizer,garlic and pepper.

5. 5. Dice your veggie and add them along side the beef.

6. 6. Add salt and pepper to veggies to taste.

7. 7. Pour cooking wine over veggies and meat.

8. 8. Cover over with aluminum foil.

9. 9. Cook for 3 hours.

10. 10.Take off the aluminum foil and brown the top of the meat.

11. 11. Let cool then serve.
