1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Heat olive oil in large frying pan. 3. Dip chicken in salad dressing, then in bread crumbs. 4. Brown in oil. 5. Transfer to shallow baking dish. 6. Spoon marinara sauce over chicken. 7. Top with sliced mozzarella, then chopped tomato. 8. Sprinkle with herbs and a generous shake of Parmesan cheese. 9. Bake for 45 minutes. 10.
