Baked Cognac Carrots


1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Combine the butter, sugar and salt in a large shallow baking dish.

3. Stir in the carrots and pour the cognac over top.

4. Cover and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the carrots are done as you like.

5. Stir in the grapes and serve.
