Baked Fish Salonika


1. Rinse fish with cold water. Oil baking pan with half the oil.

2. Place slices of fish on pan.

3. Sauce: heat remaining oil in frying pan, fry onions and garlic on medium heat for 5 minutes.

4. Add remaining ingredients, cover and cook for 10 minute.

5. Pour sauce over fish.

6. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees F.

7. Serve with a salad and crusty bread.
