1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Wash chicken breasts, pat dry. Cut into bite size chunks. 3. In a small bowl or pasta dish, beat egg. Add milk to egg and stir to combine. 4. On a large plate, add Panko crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix together. (you could also do this in a Ziploc bag). 5. Add chicken nuggets to egg/milk mixture and coat thoroughly. 6. Next, dredge nuggets in seasoned crumb mixture until covered. 7. Place chicken nuggets on cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, leaving space between each nugget. 8.
